Diane was wonderful to work with, she got her in the mail right away. I fell in love with her (reba) the moment I looked at her, Diane gave me 3 cute outfis, I am going to sit and cuddle her all day.

Reborn came with a nose rub, in a box damaged by USPS. Seller said she would file claim as she had the original USPS receipt and strung me along for months without giving me a claim # Not honest!!
I had no delivery or shipping issues, everything went smoothly. The only issue I had were the crazy long and spider looking eyelashes, guess you get what you pay for.
