Delilah was created from the limited edition Delilah kit by the very talented sculptor Nikki Johnston She will come home with her certificate of authenticity. She is number 1207 of only 3700 worldwide! She is 4 pounds 2 ounces and 18 inches long . Layers and layers of Premium Air dry Ultimate Fusion paint was used to create this amazing living skin tone and sealed for protection. Not a crease was over looked. Delilah’s limbs are filled with glass beads, poly pellets and fresh fiberfill. The body and head are filled with the the same mixture. I have weighted her to be floppy like a real newborn baby. No sand is used in my babies so they are safe to travel to other countries. She comes complete with a chest/belly plate In which the belly button has been painted like it just lost its umbilical cord. I have also added a hand made umbilical cord with a clip that comes on and off by magnets. I am including this umbilical cord as a free gift to you as it’s not part of the original kit. Her finger nails and toe nails have been given that fresh clipped look and sealed to prevet chipping.. Her lips have been glossed to give a natural moist look. Her veins have been applied to appear under the skin for ultimate realism . Delilah has baby powder scented wafers in her body for that wonderful fresh scent that all new mommies love.Her hair has first been painted on and sealed and than rooted over with premium mohair from DeltaDawn. Her hair was rooted with a couple of different shades of dark brown/black to give some highlights. Her hair was rooted in a natural swirl pattern with a very small needle which takes many hours to complete but the realism it creates is well worth it. Her eyebrows were hand painted on one lash at a time. The eyelashes I have hand rooted to match her hair .All of my pictures were taken in natural daylight and none of my pictures have been altered except for cropping so you can see what baby actually looks like. If this little sweetie has stolen your heart don't let her get away because this sweetie is a one of a kind work of art and there will never be another one exactly like her. Delilah will come home with only the items listed here and any items in pictures not listed here were used as my photo props and not part of her sale. She will come with her two piece kitty cat outfit with the hooded shirt and striped pants with kitty feet. Her mustard color shoes and matching headband. She will have her dinosaur sleep and play, her pink and purple Barretts. Delilah will come home with her white socks, her knitted grey and pink one piece outfit, her 3 piece the princess has arrived outfit with the side snap shirt, footed pants and matching hat. She will also have her newborn diaper, her yellow heart receiving blanket, her rose colored pacifier, her certificate of authenticity , her chest/belly plate, hand made umbilical cord with clip. a birth certificate and a care instruction sheet. I believe in supporting my local second hand shops so all items may not be new but they were all picked out just for her.
