This little cutie is the Blake Asleep sculpt by Bountiful Baby. He is a vinyl doll with a soft doe suede cloth body. He wears newborn size clothing and can wear a newborn size diaper, but I wear the size 1 diaper as I prefer the way it looks. Painted with Genesis Heat Set Paints and sealed with a combination of matte and satin varnish for a natural textured skin appearance. Created with many thin layers of paint for the flesh tones and detailed with veining, blushing and obvious newborn mottling. He has a Caucasian skin tone. He has rooted eyelashes and painted eyebrows. His hair is painted on in a thin sparse newborn look with a light balding look at the back of the head like babies get from the head rubbing on the mattress. Full size arms and legs. He has no magnets in his head. He takes a full newborn size pacifier. He weighs 4.6 lbs. and is weighted with tiny glass beads in double layer stockings in the torso and head. His body and head are stuffed with super soft Angel Silk polyester filling in and around the glass bead weights. His head is weighted in the back to give a natural backwards head flop and needs to be supported. He has a powder scent pack in the torso and smells like a real newborn. The arms and legs are filled with the tiny glass beads as well and are poseable for taking photos. His nails are tipped and glossed. He will come with a few extra diapers, an outfit on (of my choice, usually the one in the pics), an extra outfit, pacifier, toy and blanket. He can also be made into a girl if desired.
