This order is for a CUSTOM Pickle by Nikki Johnston! This is the LAST ONE I have on pre-order for next kit release estimated sometime in May/early June. Pickle is now a SOLD OUT kit. Your doll will come home with your choice hair color, gender, and be beautifully painted in my style Caucasian skin tones mottled, veined, tipped/glossed nails, varnished with matte varnish. Doll will be rooted with sealed hair, rooted lashes, and come with magnetic pacifier, Certificate of Authenticity, outfit, diaper, blanket, soft powder scent, and box opening of extras!

Art dolls created and sold by Andrea Wilson, aka Andi Pandi Reborns, will have slight imperfections. This is normal as the doll is hand painted and not made in a factory, therefore Andrea Wilson is not liable for buyer’s remorse or any implication that the doll was “not as described” or imperfect as all dolls will have slight imperfections. Although I work in a pet free, clean environment, it is possible and out of my control, that dust particles and/or tiny stray hairs may become sealed into the artwork.

By purchasing a custom made-to-order doll from Andrea Wilson, Andi Pandi Reborns, you, the buyer, understand that you are purchasing an art service which will not begin until payment has been made in full. All payment installments made towards the purchase of the service (painting/rooting of the doll) are nonrefundable.
Completed dolls shown that are listed as a custom made-to-order doll are examples of my work and not completed dolls available for purchase. Once payment for the art service has been made in full, I, Andrea Wilson, reserve the right to take up to 14 business days to paint and/or root the doll. The doll will then be shipped to the buyer upon completions.
By purchasing a custom made-to-order doll from Andrea Wilson, Andi Pandi Reborns, you, the buyer, agree to allot Andrea Wilson 14 business days to complete the art services to create the doll and understand that the doll created will not be identical to any photo or example shown as all dolls are handmade and original works of art. This art doll created and sold by Andrea Wilson, aka Andi Pandi Reborns, is shipped fully insured, shipped in a sturdy box which is secured with packing tape and the doll inside protected with a blanket and bubble wrap. You, the buyer, understand that by purchasing this art doll, Andrea Wilson, Andi Pandi Reborns, is not liable or responsible for lost, damaged, or stollen items. It is the responsibility of you, the buyer, to file a claim with UPS or USPS in the event of a lost, damaged, or stollen item. Andrea Wilson, Andi Pandi Reborns is not liable to make repairs on dolls damaged during or after shipping. If a doll is shipped back to me due to incorrect mailing address on your Stripe or PayPal, re-shipment of the doll will be at the buyers expense. (MOHAIR & ROOTING SERVICES)
Mohair is dyed by the companies that sell it which can stain the doll vinyl when hair is wet, especially dark colored mohair. Although mohair is sealed inside the head with glue, rough brushing, pulling, wearing hats/head coverings for extended time, excessive styling, and/or improper storage of rooted dolls will cause damage. Use care when styling mohair. Some hair breakage/loss is normal with handling as this is real goat mohair and does become brittle. Andrea Wilson, Andi Pandi Reborns, is not liable for issues that may occur with bleeding colors of mohair onto vinyl nor mohair breakage or loss once in transit and/or while in the customer ‘s possession. Use care when styling mohair. Rooting is a service that requires purchase of new mohair, time for hair to be delivered, and up to two weeks for rooting process. All rooting services are non-refundable. Not responsible for previous paintwork damage that could occur if paint was not properly protected by varnish or varnish that had not set properly.

Art dolls created and sold by Andrea Wilson, aka Andi Pandi Reborns are not under warranty and are not recommended for children. This doll is a piece of artwork, not a toy. It is highly recommended that you, the buyer, educate yourself on proper care, storage, cleaning, and handling of reborn dolls. Andrea Wilson is not liable for any damages that may occur to the doll nor responsible for making repairs post sale. Play with and handle reborn dolls at your own risk and under proper adult supervision.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND BUSINESS NAME. I, Andrea Wilson, retain all rights to my photos, nursery name Andi Pandi Reborns, and doll listings here on reborns.com. and do not authorize others to use these photos without my expressed permission or impersonate me in any way here or on any other social media platform. All photos are taken with an iPhone 7+ without filters in natural light. Dolls are posed in front of a large sliding door which allows plenty of natural light, however, other devices used to view my photos may cause lighting variations which is out of my control.
SCAMMERS AND POLICY BREAKERS will be reported to Dave Stack, owner/creator of reborns.com and or authorities wherein legal action will take place. Box packing photos are prepared for all dolls ready for shipment to provide proof of their condition upon leaving my studio and to prevent false claims that the doll was not safely packaged. Any damage intentionally caused to a doll or false claims filed by the buyer in an attempt to secure a refund, is considered a fraudulent act and will be reported to https://www.usa.gov/stop-scams-frauds

Layaway is not offered. Andi Pandi Reborn dolls can be purchased using Pay-in-4 through PayPal or Buy Now, Pay Later Stripe options. Dolls do not ship until payment obligations are fulfilled.
