(updates on new dolls can be found here^^^^^^)
Thank you for reviewing my artwork and bio! My name is Andrea Wilson and I absolutely love reborning, giving time and careful consideration when creating dolls for others to love and enjoy for years to come.
All my dolls are handmade from start to finish with quality materials and high interest vinyl kits. I use artist quality air dry paints, mono rooted baby alpaca hair, and fine grade refined glass to create dolls, finishing them with professional grade matte varnish to preserve the paint as best and for as long as possible. All the dolls I list are brand new and created by me unless otherwise stated and come fully dressed and assembled with a soft baby fresh scent and magnetic pacifier. Dolls typically ship out within five business days after payment is received. If you're looking for a high quality reborn baby with mottling, veining, capillaries, details, milk dots, glossed nails and lips, and more, you've come to the right artist. Andi Pandi Reborns will be around for years to come!

Questions and Answers
1. When did you start making reborn dolls?
I have always loved dolls. When I was a child I had many in my collection but none ever felt real enough. I craved a doll that was floppy and weighted but that was back in the early 80s before reborns were even around. It wasn't until 2016 when I was searching online for a realistic doll to begin collecting that I found reborns. My interest was immediately piqued and after a few days of submersing myself into the wonderful world of reborns, I decided I wanted to make them my own and become an artist.
2. What was the first kit you painted?
Yona, by Christina Gotzen and she was sold in 2019.
3. Why do you use air dry acrylic paints instead of Genesis Heat Set Paints?
When I first started researching the reborning process, I came across a woman on YouTube who was using air dry and it worked well. I compared the process with GHS and found that baking vinyl puts toxins in the atmosphere. Because my husband and I have asthma and we have four children and also had several babies in my home (at the time my home based day care), baking doll kits was not a good choice for our family.
4. What has been your most favorite kit to date to paint?
Saskia. I never tire from bringing that doll to life. I typically make at least 2 each year.
5. Do you smoke or have pets?
No. I am allergic to animals and have never smoked. I adopted a doll once from a private seller and it wreaked of cigarette smoke. It was a disappointing trade. Unfortunately, smoke ruins the quality of these art dolls no matter how cute they are.
6. Do you offer customs?
At this time I do not offer customs. I'm much more comfortable creating dolls from my own imagination without a blueprint.
7. Where are you based?
We live in a small city in Ohio.
8. Do you accept phone calls?
No, I do not provide my personal number to customers. If you need to reach me for any reason, please use my email [email protected] and I will get back to you within 24 hours.
9. Do you offer rooting services for other dolls?
No. I don't like tampering with other artist's work.
10. Do you offer repairs if my doll has wear over time?
There are many artists on Instagram that offer repair services for reborns but I do not.
Note: Please review photos carefully. I do my best to bring the true quality of each doll to light through my iPhone and by doing so, it is your decision to purchase. I stand behind my artwork and do not refund based on customer’s remorse. All sales are final. Thank you.
