Welcome Reborn Max! Born 3/30, at 5:04p. Max is about 20” long with bent legs, and wears NB size. he is about 5.54 lbs, and has a very nice floppy feel. he has full limbs for amazing posing. Max is painted in a beautiful newborn style, with many translucent layers that include capillaries, veining, gorgeous mottling, undertones, shading, blushing, milia, baby acne, rashes, dry skin, baby scratches, glossing on lips, in ears, in nose, and on nails. His face has very light texture to give the appearance of pores/real skin. he has beautifully painted brown hair, painted by another artist. I added some of my own darker detailing to the hair afterwards. Baby has complimentary rooted brown mohair eye lashes, which have been sealed from the inside.
Several small areas of his paint had issues with initial curing, [see photos], so note he isn’t perfect. His price reflects this. He is still an extremely beautiful baby. I tried to turn those areas into rashes, acne, scratches etc, to better conceal. Back of neck is biggest, I disguised it some with a storkbite birthmark. I’ve photographed every little imperfection I could find, so you know exactly what you are getting. There’s 3 tiny spots on hair, too. In spite of this, he is a gorgeously painted baby.
Baby looks adorable as a boy or a girl. Baby also has a strong magnet in his head for a magnetic pacifier. No detail has been overlooked! he is weighted and her head flops like a real baby-please support her head and limbs. I use a mixture of artist weighting materials and premium and luxury pollyfill to give my babies their unique feel. This popular LE sculpt is super realistic and poses perfectly. he curls up nicely in your arms as well.
he has rings on his neck and limbs for easy turning.
His limbs and head are vinyl. [not silicone]. I photograph using natural light, in different settings, with my Cannon Rebel.
