This is made of 100% cotton and, is sized 0-3 months, but I think it is closer to a 3 month old in size. So Adorable in pinks, teal and purple. I just love that purple bird on the body suit, it reminds me of Spring. This outfit will be so cute on your reborn doll, but will also fit a real baby should you have one of those too.
