She was painted and sealed with Genesis Heat set paints. She has 3/4 arms and 3/4 legs with a cloths body. She is one of my most requested custom dolls. If you pay thru paypal and a refund is issued by the seller at her discretion, the paypal fees will not be refunded as these are fees that paypal charges for a transaction, no matter what, they keep this fee.
