Welcome baby Realborn Aria awake, born 12/29, 3:36p weighing 4lbs and about 17” long. Baby can be a boy or girl-buyers choice!
She has full vinyl limbs on a flesh colored cuddle cloth body. As an artist, I like to keep my techniques ever-expanding, and I Tried something different with this baby. Her price is lowered to reflect that some techniques didn’t come out to the standard I expected. She isn’t perfect, and may have small imperfections. If this would bother you, please purchase a different baby. She is still quite cute, and poses nicely. Her limbs, hand and feet painting came out incredibly nice, with mottle, undertones, veining, and blushing. She has fine newborn details which include- blue and pink undertones, capillaries, shading, mottling, lanugo, and baby blemishes, all appearing on her translucently painted skin with numerous layers. She even has a tiny heel prick mark. She has blue-ish eyes in a unique blue shade, with hints of hazel. She has painted hair, with different shades of dark brown, and painted lashes for subtle realism. she is weighted to feel like a real baby-please support her as you would a baby. She has limb and neck rings for easy turning/movement. She is weighted with fine glass beads made exclusively for reborning, and premium fiberfill has been used. Her nails have been tipped and glossed. She has glossing of the lips, in ears, & inside nose. She has a slight texture on her nose and cheeks to resemble skin pores.
*I used a resin coating on her eyes to make them look glassy. It came out a little thicker than I’d hoped. And, some of the matte varnish on her hair didn’t cure perfectly smooth, but, it’s not incredibly noticeable.*
Her limbs and head are vinyl. [not silicone]. I photograph using natural light, in different settings, with my Cannon Rebel.
