Hello! I am Lena, and I create realistic/lifelike, art dolls. We call them Reborns which were hand carved in clay by artists or Realborns that are vinyl kits that are 3D images of real babies.
About me, I am a mamma of 4 beautiful kids, whom I adore very much. I love art and have been painting and sculpting since I was a kid. But haven’t really shared my work with the world until I discovered reborning.
I Have been reborning for about 4 years now. For me it is a wonderful way to use my talent and share the comfort of babies with others.
This art helps me meet many people and hear their many life stories. This hobby also helps me bring the awareness of child loss and offer a way to heal, with these beautiful reborn babies.
About my reborns. I use RebornFX air dry paints on vinyls and premium silicone paint on silicone sculpts to paint all the skin tones and details. Then, I either paint or hand root the hair using a very fine special needle using a mix of Angora mohair, Alpaca hair or sometimes soft human hair (by special request). Lastly, I weight the baby using premium soft Polyfil, glass beads and/or plastic pellets and baby powder scented wafers for the vinyl kits.
These Reborns can be used for for many purposes like film, plays, photography, seamstresses, art collectors, clothing display, therapy, nursing homes, memorial babies, first aid/babysitting courses, or high schools.
Prices vary, depending on baby size, materials needed, number of editions made, sculptor, time spent, and hair detail.
I ONLY PURCHASE AUTHENTIC REBORN KITS MADE BY REPUTABLE SCULPTORS.
I accept PayPal, Facebook Pay, and cash if you are comfortable with it, you have purchased from me before and are picking your baby up in person.
All of my babies come home with an outfit, a handmade magnetized pacifier, diapers, a baby scent packet, blanket, and other items at my discretion as a gift from me to you! Unless otherwise states in the description.
I also offer payment plans to make these babies more affordable to you. This requires a non refundable deposit, then payments can be made for up to 90 days for already completed babies. Any babies not paid for in full by 90 days result in a forfeit of the baby and all payments made, and s/he will be available to be purchased by another.
Custom made babies under payment plans can be paid off at time of pick up or time of shipping.
My shop also offers New and gently used pre-owned baby clothes, diaper cakes, reborn welcome home baskets and other accessories for your baby or reborn at affordable prices!
If purchasing for a child, I will not be responsible for any damages made to the doll. These are work of art and should be cared for as such. All repairs including shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser. I do not accept returns or exchanges.
