Very unhappy! Doll arrived with a chunk missing from his ear.. was very poorly packaged for what I paid! I’m so upset and yet seller won’t give me any money back to fix his ear. So unprofessional 🙁

I get this message many months later! Customs held him for two months and had questions galore, I’m sure they opened him and damaged him because he was perfect and my customers know how I package!
