Hello! My name is Cheryl and I am the artist here at CDK Art Dolls. I discovered this amazing art about 12 years ago and have been in love with creating these little treasures ever since. I keep up with all the current and best materials and techniques available to create the highest quality dolls. The dolls you purchase from me are made with the utmost care down to the last detail.

The ultra realistic skin tones are achieved with heat set paints for my vinyl dolls, and my silicone dolls are painted with silicone paints and matted with high quality silicone matting powder. Many thin layers are applied, including veins, capillaries, blushing, mottling, and detailing. A sealant is applied at the end to ensure complete permanence, this sealant is a special mixture that gives an even more lifelike appearance.

I use only tiny glass beads and premium poly fil to weight the dolls. They are weighted perfectly and feel like you are holding a real baby.

My nursery is completely smoke free, we do have a hypoallergenic poodle who is a beloved member of our family but she does not go in my studio area.
