I also put ring and plugs on neck,arms and legs,so will be easy to move head and limbs. Place a baby pack in body to smell like real baby. She has a magnet inside head for a magnet pacifier (Honey Bun) Sage comes with outfit she has on and extra outfit,toy, brush,comb,blanket and a few extra surprises.
