Ordering Information: Babies will usually leave the Hen House within 1-2 business days. However, if the post office is closed or there is inclement weather, or a holiday, the baby will leave the business day following the holiday; or when it is safe to travel again. I stay in constant communication with the buyer and will let you know if there are any issues. Please verify your address is correct with PayPal before purchase. I offer a lifetime guarantee with my dolls. If you receive your doll and over time decide you'd like to have the baby touched up, or repaired, as long as it is within my capabilities, I will touch up for free. I only ask that you pay shipping to me. I will pay to ship back to you. Items I can repair: worn paint/matte finish (I now only apply matte finish if requested when you purchase), paint repair (if the baby has an area that is too deeply accented in creases, I lesson the appearance of the creasing color) lip glazing/finger/toenails glazing as well as repainting nail tips that may have worn from play.
