Baby Johannah is lovingly created from the Bountiful Baby Sculpt “Realborn Johannah Asleep” And is a Newborn size of 19.5” Approx and about 5.5 lbs. A Realborn is a vinyl sculpt (arm and legs are full length) created by 3-D scanning a real newborn child, to capture every wrinkle. Johannah wears and is shown in size newborn clothing. She has a doe suede cloth body.
Johannah is weighted with fine glass beads and stuffed with soft cuddly poly fiber. She is weighted within her head to need support like a real newborn. She is so realistic and you will enjoy posing her in all of those natural new baby positions. She feels so good in your arms, just give her a cuddle. Her tight closed fists are so newborn!
Johannah is meticulously handpainted with Genesis Heat Set Paints. Note her beautiful delicate mottling, veining, undertones, blushing, and creasing. Johannah is beautifully and delicately directionally microrooted with premium mohair, which is sealed within the head to allow wetting and styling. It is very easy to manage.
She has painted eyebrows and rooted eyelashes, and she has beautiful mottling, veining, blushing and detailing throughout.
Baby Johannah has a strawberry birthmark on her leg that is shades of umber and blush. It was not intentional, but it a part of her, and perhaps it makes her more like a real baby, as in art, each baby is special and unique in its own way.
She has a meticulously and beautifully painted belly plate that is anatomically correct female. This plate is removable and can be reattached as often as you please. Note the adorable little belly button! This adds such realism to your baby, and is a great display item.
