This is an example of one of my custom Liam dolls. Liam is a 28" toddler. He has full limbs and takes modified pacifier. With rooted hair, a starting price for a Caucasian Liam is $995. Darker skin tones are more. His price includes a large box opening. I have other examples of Liam dolls that I have created as well on my profile page.
