This sweet little girl is Pearl, from the Realborn Pearl kit by Bountiful Baby. She was hand painted by me, Katina Fleming of Katina Lee Babies using dozens of layers of Genesis Heat Set paints. She will come with a sweet box opening, including several outfits. Pearl has a magnetic pacifier.
