This is tiny little Sierra. She is 16 inches and weighs 4 lbs. She has combination painted/rooted hair, has powder wafer so she smells like a newborn baby, rooted eyelashes, and has a magnet for a paci. The clothes in these pics are not necessarily the ones she will be sent with. Some are clothes I keep for pics only. She will come with an outfit, a sleeper or onsie, blanket, hat or hair bow, hospital bracelet, diaper, small toy, pacifier, and her COA. She will come with the gender of your choice.
