LIbby normally comes with a 3/4 length style body for 3/4 length limbs I have put in in a different body, 3/4 arms but... full legs ***
She is a bit shorter in this style body and her torso is a bit longer but I love the full leg look on her.
I have her cloth body very cushiony soft with poly fill and she is Weighted in the seat area, limbs and head with fine glass beads. Libby is a big , heavier baby.
