The is sweet Petunia (Toonie), She is a super sweet girl, she is a real born sculpt created with 3D imagery of an actual baby, Toonie is a downs baby, and has an angelic face with her serious little mouth and her beautiful heavy lidded eyes, I love this baby. Toonie is a full limbed vinyl doll with a soft cloth body that is filled with glass beads and a gel belly.
Toonie has a lovely painted face, a lot of shading (I am a deep painter) she is generously creased and mottled and has a lot of character, her undertones are violet, gold, and rose pinks. Her hair is painted in several shades of medium to dark brown and she is top rooted with soft mohair in similar colors. She is directionally rooted but NOT mono or micro rooted. She has a one or two strands per insertion.
Toonie is lightly scented and magnetized, she will come home with her Paci.
This baby is a joy to cuddle, this is the second time I have painted her and it won't be my last, I really like her realism.
Toonie would not make a great memory home baby as she is magnetized and is a bit heavy.
Reborn babies are not intended for children.
Real Reborns are made one at a time by a reborn artist. What makes these babies amazing and different from a store bought doll is that each one is unique and has perfect imperfections. If a baby does have imperfections that were not intentional the price will reflect that, if we feel it is something that may need to be disclosed we will do that in our description.
Our babies are vinyl with a soft cloth body that is weighted with glass beads. We do not weigh babies, they are filled to be as realistic as we can make them. If this is meant to be a therapy doll let us know so we can make the baby lighter for you.
All Saint Cloud babies are painted in many, many, many layers of Genesis Heat set paint, and varnished for protection with a matte head set medium.
Photography is done in our studio with natural lighting available at the time. Our images are not filtered or altered and may not be used without permission. We try to keep photography as honest as we can.
Feel free to ask questions we love answering them, please note that Saint Cloud does have a no return policy. Make sure this is the baby you really want before you order. We also DO NOT do customs, lay-away, hold babies, swap or exchange babies or do trades, we just do not have the bookkeeping to manage that at this time. All our babies are going home for the first time.
Our babies are double checked and photographed at packing, before they go to post to be sure they are complete, undamaged, carefully wrapped and ready for you to love.
All babies are made at Saint Cloud Nursery in a smoke and animal free studio in California.
