Baby Ian is a OOAK cuddly reborn doll. He was made from the Mini Punkin head by Manolo of Spain. He has full limbs and a front-loading cloth body. He is weighted to be 3 pounds and is 17 inches in length. His custom made cloth body contains a pocket for the battery-operated heartbeat. It works by pushing on the mechanism in the chest area. The pocket is tightly fitted to assure it will not fall out, and it will take pulling and twisting to remove it to replace the batteries. They are reported to last for years. The sound is very faint, and it can be felt more than heard, especially if the baby is placed belly down on your chest area. This baby has finely rooted dark hair from Delta Dawn quality mohair. His eyes are dark newborn gray in color with eyelashes glued from the inside so they won't come out. His eyebrows are painted faintly as a tiny preemie baby would have. He has mottling on his legs and arms and detailed nails without moons or tips which is not realistic on babies this young. Ian has an inner magnet and a magnetic pacifier. He also comes home with a hospital blanket, a hospital fake formula bottle, a pacifier clip, extra diapers, and 2 outfits. He wears preemie size clothing and diapers. All other clothing and accessories shown in the pictures are photo props and are not included.
