Baby Sam was just born at 20 inches and 5 lbs. with 3/4 limbs. He can wear newborn size clothing.
This kit is sculpted with a partly open mouth so he can use a modified pacifier and the tip of a baby bottle nipple fits his mouth nicely. Perfect baby for those that enjoy using pacifiers on their babies without the worry of magnets or mommy's that love play feeding their little one!
I use Genesis heat set paints. Sam has been given newborn mottling and has painted hair. His nails are tipped and sealed and lashes rooted and sealed. I even gave this cutie pie a baby scratch and some baby blemishes.
Sam's head is weighted to fall forward just like a real newborn's so it must be supported when picking him up or holding him for play feedings or cuddles.
No magnets were used due to his partly opened mouth so he is safe all around for older children, electronics and heart pacers.
