This is Piglet, she is a therapy doll also known as a hug baby or a cuddle baby. This means that she has a vinyl head that is painted and a handmade flannel body that is weighted with glass beads. She does NOT have vinyl limbs, her hands and feet are fabric.
Our Hug babies are intended for and mostly used to help our friends who are on the spectrum feel safe at night while sleeping or during the day to help feel calm. Hug babies are easy to snuggle with and fit nicely on your chest. Hug babies are NOT INTENDED FOR VERY SMALL CHILDREN OR BABIES.
Piglet is the Jesse sculpt by bountiful baby. She has open eyes in deep blue. He features are simple, non expressive and she has a peaceful gaze that is just a tiny bit off to the side. Piglet has rooted mohair eyelashes and hair that is painted in baby browns, textured and sealed. Piglet has a medium complexion.
This baby is appx 20 inches long but feels bigger. She is magnetized and will come with her nursery paci. Magnet can easily be removed if you request.
This baby is specially priced to be affordable to our friends who need a baby like this, this baby is not intended to be a collectable doll.
Photography is done in our studio with lighting available at the time, images are not filtered or altered. We try to keep photography as honest as we can.
Feel free to ask questions I love answering them but please note that Saint Cloud does have a no return policy. Make sure this is the baby you really want before you order. We also DO NOT do customs, lay-away, hold babies, swap or exchange babies or do trades. All our babies are going home for the first time.
(A "box opening" is a separate charge of 50.00. We usually do these for our friends that film their box openings or want to make the opening special for the person they are gifting the baby to. The items in the opening are chosen by Saint Cloud Nursery for that particular baby.)
We have babies double checked before they go to post to be sure they are complete, undamaged, carefully wrapped and ready for you to love.
All babies are made at Saint Cloud Nursery in a smoke and animal free studio in California.
