My final baby offered until late Fall 2018 is Realborn Baby Jade. A Realborn is produced from 3D images of a real baby that has been scanned. Every little fold and wrinkle is captured producing a highly detailed and realistic vinyl baby kit. I have painted baby Jade in a fair skin tone with subtle mottling, veining, and attention to detail. I have shaded thin skin areas and creases, added a medium to places that are moist such as lips, inner ear, and inside her nose, and I have blushed and highlighted other areas. Her nails have realistic tips and have been sealed. Jade has painted hair and delicate barely there painted brows. Her lashes were rooted one hair at a time so that lashes look realistic and not clumpy, then sealed inside. Jade’s paint has been sealed all over to protect her painting. Jade was photographed at different times of the day so you will see some differences in the skin tone-I would consider her a fair skinned baby, but with more pink tones and mottling than a true peaches and cream baby.
She is about 18”, but has curled legs and her proportions are more like a larger baby if legs were stretched out she seems more like a 19.5” baby. She has full limbs, so there are many clothing options. She weighs about 5 pounds and is weighted to be a little floppy for posing and cuddling using fine glass beads and poly-fil. Her head will need support when she is picked up just like a real newborn. She can wear most newborn and some 0-3 if you do not mind the clothing a little loose. Some brands of newborn that I tried were a little hard to get over her bent arms. She is not intended nor safe for children and contains a strong magnet for her pacifier so should be kept way from sensitive electronics such as pacemakers.

As a bonus I am including a free belly plate. It is a seconds plate that I painted along with Jade so it matches, but it is not quite the right size and was a seconds because the vinyl is uneven at the arms and legs. Still it can be a good photo prop.
