Romeo was initially a reborn my mum had got, but she didn't want him as he wasnt dark enough and very little to no detailing at all, he had a 'crying' voice box inserted which was/is quite faint, his hair was painted lightly and he had blonde eyelashes. He wasn't attractive at all... So I decided to completely strip him and start again. Romeo is the: "Taite" kit by Tasha Edenholm (Bountiful baby)
♡ Reborning Romeo:
Romeo was made up of several layers of Genisis heatset paint to achieve his gorgeous dark tone, a fairly mottled blushing for his sweet cheeks, yellow/blue undertones to add that depth, teardrops and slight baby spit in his mouth to add to his realism, his nail tips also painted and sealed with a nice varnish. Romeo has a full head of hand rooted (jet black) synthetic kinky hair and eyelashes which have all been sealed with a waterproof glue from the inside. Romeo has the orginal body he came with (the previous owner had added a few stitches in the front, to add the voice box. This does not affect his body what so ever), which enables his limbs to move in different positions. His little body/limbs have been filled with quality fine glass beads and fibre fill for a soft squidgy, cuddly feeling.
● Romeo has a magnet for a dummy/pacifier ● Romeo has a 'crying' voice box inserted in his body, however it is a bit quiet (I never messed with the body when I dismantled him so I'm not sure if it is battery operated or not)
Romeo will come to his new home with:

Caring for Romeo:
• Romeo can be gently cleaned with a soft damp rag/cloth (do not submerge him in a bath full of water) • Romeo's hair can be gently combed with a wide tooth comb or brushed and styled using a bit of baby conditioner mixed with water. His hair is synthetic so can be slightly styled with water. • Romeo is not a play doll so should be handled with great care. • Do not leave him near heat i.e a radiator, he should be kept in cool dry conditions. • The best way to take care of him, is to imagine he was a real life baby :)
I am very happy with the way Romeo has turned out. I am confident that whom ever decides to adopt baby Romeo will not be disappointed, I am a perfectionist, so I will not let any of my babies be sold if I am not 100% happy with them. ;)
All Romeo's photos were taken in natural light, absolutely no filters have been added to his photos, he looks exactly as like his photos. (Pleasee note; lighting may vary due to my cameras auto adapt feature)
