***First I have to say, don't let the length and weight deter you if you like big, heavy babies. This little girl is perfect! I was worried about the smaller size but when she was born and I held them (she is the second of twins), I fell in love! They were perfect for a just born baby feel. She cuddles so well into your arms and won't tire your arms holding her. As I said, they are perfect! This baby is adorable as a boy as well. You choose the sex.
Lily is the second baby in a set of twins. Her brother Chase has been adopted. They were created from the Realborn Thomas Awake and Asleep sculpts. As to what a Realborn is, this is what it says on the manufacture's website:

Every wrinkle, crease and precious fold has been captured. I have not missed any details in bringing out the realism. I used Genesis heat set paints, filled her with fine glass beads and poly fiber fill. They have micro rooted hair and eyelashes in Baby brown. Her hair is sealed on the inside. I used exquisitely soft premium quality mohair from Silk Effects. This hair is absolutely amazing! So soft and looks very real. I am very pleased with this mohair. This precious little girl has a magnetic pacifier. I have created the realistic skin tone by building many, many layers of paint. All the veining, mottling and newborn skin markings that you would see on a preemie/newborn baby girl, She has it. Her skin tone has been sealed with a skin texture to protect this beautiful complexion and adds a life like look. They have 3/4 limbs with a tailored body that fits her perfectly giving her that real newborn shape and feel. These bodies were made specifically for this sculpt.
Due to poor weather conditions, All photos were taken in natural daylight and daylight lamp. A few were taken in household lighting to give an idea of all lighting situations. They are beautiful in any light.
Baby comes home with one top/bottom set, one sleeper, onesie or t-shirt, one pair of socks, magnetic pacifier, pamper, blanket, Birth Certificate, Certificate Of Authenticity, Realborn Certificate of Authenticity and care instructions.
