Return Policy: All my shipments are videoed and pictured as they are being packed up for shipment. Returns will be accepted if the listing has been grossly misrepresented, and not for regret or shipping service damages. I will cover a flat return fee of $25.00 and the rest must be paid by the customer. I would need clear pictures of the details of the complaint. I want all my customers to be very happy with their purchases.
Layaway Available: PLEASE READ ENTIRELY I will accept a short layaway plan if discussed in advance. There will be a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total price of the baby-doll. Then I will divide the balance due into 4 payments to be paid in full before the baby-doll is shipped. This also includes any shipping amounts to be paid.
