Serena’s fair complexion was created with many intricate layers of Genesis Heat Set Paints. Her paint is double sealed with Irresistible’s Heat Set Matte Varnish. Her lips and nails are sealed with Aileen’s paper glaze to ensure integrity of her paint.
Serena is magnetized to take a magnetic pacifier. She will arrive home with a magnetic pacifier.
Serena will come home with a box opening including a few outfits, pajamas, blanket, COA, headbands, and more surprises!

Any and all payments made to the artist are completely nonrefundable, under any circumstances due to yourself. This includes, but is not limited to, 'buyer's remorse', no longer interested, inability to fulfill layaway agreement, want to go with a different artist, etcetera. In the event that the ARTIST is no longer able to complete your doll for any reason, you will be offered a refund, or some form of compensation to be agreed upon between the artist and yourself.
Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and any customs fees that at apply to their package upon its entry to the country of delivery.
By completing this invoice in partial payments or in full, customer is agreeing to these terms.
Return Policy: Are sales are final. No refunds/returns for ANY REASONS. (including but not limited to buyers remorse and damages caused by customer.) Pictures are taken of each doll completed and packaged in box prior to shipping for safety. Please look over each photo carefully to ensure this is the baby for you prior to purchasing.
