This stunning little white cotton romper has a vintage look to it! It has short sleeves with ruffles & elastic. The wide ruffle collar has dainty embroidery on it, & a delicate lace around the hemline. It goes all around the romper. The front bodice an inset that has 9 rows of pintucks on the same embroidery fabric as the collar. The leg openings are elastic, with 3 snaps at the crotch. The back has a 4 button closure.
