Ayla is a reborn with a fully reborn painted doll body that is by Berenguer.
***PLEASE NOTE: (this is not a factory-painted doll and went through the entire reborn painting process ) -The head and body were completely stripped to the base vinyl and repainted with full reborn details including - skin tone warmed, heel prick-very light veining, blushing, lips glossed and painted eyebrows her hair still has factory hair lines but is hand painted by me and more detailing added at the hair line and hair in total. Ayla was painted in the style of reborn dolls in the days before blank kits were available to artists.
Ayla does not have an actual gender, she can be a boy and sent home as a boy by request. No weight has been added due to the fact she does not have a cloth body.
**Due to the nature of this doll being pre-loved by another Berenguer doll collector originally any minor blemishes after stripping the paint (before my painting) were touched up but may still be visible if so they were then made to look like a birthmark or freckle in that case.

Ayla is part of my group of dolls that I am making and offering at a lower price for gift giving. She would be a great therapy baby, perfect for the upcoming 2024 holidays and as a gift to a new collector, young collector, and/or for those who love the older style dolls like Berenguer dolls, or if you just want to add a different kind of reborn to your collection and you have a budget to stick to.

I am happy to answer any questions you have and send more pictures if you need to see more before buying. I do not do returns, exchanges, or refunds due to the nature of the doll being sent out and handled, considering covid 19 and other issues with handling outside my studio once the doll is shipped. I rarely ever re-sell reborns from other artists if so this will be noted on the listing. Variations in colors and shading on reborn dolls are normal as they are art dolls and they are hand-painted. I take my photos in studio lighting, with no filters to show the true coloring of the doll. I try to ship within 2/3 days of orders to get your baby to you as fast as possible. If paying by Stripe there will be a 4 to 5-day delay - I ship once payment has been transferred to my account.

I usually use Synthetic hair on all my reborns (unless noted it is mohair) as it is more durable, easier to style, and maintain long-term with no breakage. I take pictures to show the thickness and how it lays. please view pictures to make sure you are happy with the hair before purchase. Thanks for viewing my nursery.

-please review this info before you purchase a doll- as due to the nature of a doll that is returned will now be considered in-used condition- after it has been shipped from my nursery and handled by the buyer and also for sanitary reasons due to Covid19 and other viruses in our ever-changing world. ✔Please note these are delicate hand-painted art dolls/and are not intended for child play and rough handling-if you are purchasing one of my dolls for a child and the doll is handled improperly and rubs or scratches appear. I am not responsible for that result, my dolls are varnished and sealed properly but never intended to be used as play dolls that are meant to be handled by children, please keep this in mind.
✔ Note for Slicione dolls- please be aware of the different textures of silicone and the nature of it before buying, any variations of this are not in my control as textures can vary when the doll is poured and de-molded. Color variations are normal as well with silicone dolls.
If you purchase a doll from me, the doll is yours to resell should you not feel that you are not satisfied with my painting work or that you don't have a deep connection with the doll. I always try to do photos in several kinds of lighting to show all colors and details of every doll I create so the buyer can see. The coloring can depend on the viny of the doll as older kits may have a darker reddish tone. Weights are approximate as I do not always weigh them before shipping and this may vary.
I do encourage you to ask questions up-front before making a purchase and if you need additional detailed pictures please ask for them before paying for the doll.
