Only her head is vinyl, the rest of her including the arms and legs are cloth. This cuddle-reborn baby is a work of art, with every detail carefully crafted to create a lifelike appearance. Leo features a gorgeous Port Wine Stain Birthmark on her face. Her birthmark is textured and goes up through her scalp. Her face is very newborn, along with her birthmark she has deep reds and purple tones. She has a bit of dry skin on her lips and a concentrated birthmark in her ear. He eyelids, nose, mouth and ears are glossed with resin.
