I use the PayPal platform to collect payments for my sale items.
No PayPal? No problem! My PayPal business account offers my buyers the ability to pay via debit or with credit card without the need to sign up for an account.
1st installment is expected immediately after Invoice is sent.
Doll is then placed on Reserve AFTER 1st installment is paid.
Remaining monthly installments are to be made on the SAME DAY each month via the same invoice.

Shipments occur within 1-3 business days (after final payment) via USPS Priority Mail with sufficient insurance to cover the dolls value, tracking and signature requirement.

When doll is ready to ship, I prepare a box packing video, and shipping label and provide the buyer with this information along with a copy of the USPS drop off receipt once doll is dropped off at post office.

1. It is understood that you, the client/customer, are 18 years or older and are purchasing a piece of art. The PayPal information you provide is true, correct, and complete; you are duly authorized to use Paypal for the purchase. You, acknowledge that this transaction is authorized and any attempt to file a claim against Beautiful Babies By Betsy or its owner, Betsaida Thomas, disputing this fact is considered theft and will be prosecuted. You agree to be subject to Florida, USA, jurisdiction and to pay any and all legal fees that are accrued due to fraudulent claims.
2. When you make a payment, you are entering a sales contract. Questions and careful review of all information, photos and videos provided is highly recommended PRIOR to making a purchase.
3. Payment on an instant purchase is non-refundable once doll has shipped. Payment on layaway is non refundable 24 hours after payment is made.
4. I am not responsible for buyer’s remorse, unforeseen financial issues nor hardships encountered on the buyer's end.
5. Once a doll is delivered to the Post Office and a tracking number and copy of the drop off receipt is provided, the transaction is considered complete. It is the responsibility of the buyer to track the package.
6. I am not responsible for shipping issues nor delays caused by the postal service. This is out of my control.
7. All dolls are shipped with sufficient insurance to cover its value in the event the package is lost in transit.
8. If a doll is shipped back to me due to incorrect mailing address on your PayPal or for failure to pick up your doll at the Post Office, re-shipment of the doll will be at the buyer's expense. I am not responsible for mailing addresses that are not updated on PayPal. This is solely the buyer's responsibility.

9. A box packing video is prepared for all dolls ready for shipment to provide proof of their condition upon leaving my studio and to prevent claims that the doll was not safely packaged.
10. Altering a doll in any way from its original condition negates any claims.
11. Any damage caused to a doll, in an attempt to secure a refund, is considered a fraudulent act and will be reported to https://www.usa.gov/stop-scams-frauds
12. These Collectable Art Dolls are hand painted works of art, and some minor imperfections may be present within the vinyl or silicone that occurs during the manufacturing/sculpting process, and/or paint process. This is to be expected.
Although, I work in a pet free and smoke free environment, dust particles or small mohairs can, at times, get sealed into the paint layers. This is considered normal in the reborn process.

13. Any damage/ wear & tear incurred to a Collectible Art Doll purchased from me, Betsaida Thomas, Beautiful Babies By Betsy, once it is in the buyer's possession, is solely the responsibility of the buyer.
I do not repair scuffs/damages/ wear & tear caused by mishandling of the vinyl or silicone doll once the doll is in the buyer's possession.
14. Collectable Art Dolls created and sold by Betsaida Thomas, Beautiful Babies By Betsy are NOT under warranty. Therefore, it is highly recommended that you, the buyer, educate yourself on proper care, storage, cleaning, and handling of reborn vinyl and silicone dolls.

(A NOTE ON MOHAIR) Mohair is dyed by the companies that sell it which can stain the doll vinyl when hair is wet, especially dark colored mohair. Although mohair is sealed inside the head with glue, rough brushing, pulling, wearing hats/head coverings for extended time, excessive styling, and/or improper storage of rooted dolls will cause damage. Use care when styling mohair.
I am NOT liable for issues that may occur with bleeding colors of mohair onto vinyl nor mohair breakage or loss once in transit and/or while in the customer's possession.

I offer the following layaway plans:
3 month layaway for vinyl cuddle babies: with first installment of $150 followed by 2 consecutive monthly installments of equal amounts.
4 month layaway for vinyls: 1st installment is $200, remaining balance to be paid in 3 consecutive monthly installments of equal amounts.
5 month layaways for silicones cuddle babies: 1st installment is $250, remaining balance to be paid in 4 consecutive monthly installments of equal amounts.
6 month layaway for partial silicones: 1st installment is $300 for 1/4 limbs and $400 for full limbs, remaining balance to be paid in 5 consecutive monthly installments of equal amounts.
7 month layaways for full body silicones: depending on final price and size, 1st installment can be either $300 or $500, remaining balance to be paid in 6 consecutive monthly installments of equal amounts.
All payments are to be made via PayPal Goods & Services Invoice sent directly by me to the email associated with your PayPal Account ON THE SAME DAY each month.

Failure to make your monthly installments as agreed upon will result in loss of doll and funds. I understand that things happen, therefore I can allow one additional month extension to a layaway, but I MUST be contacted first!
COMMUNICATION IS KEY!
If a payment is missed, I will attempt contact several timesthrough Reborns and via PayPal. If I do not receive a response within that specific week, and no payment is made, and no attempt to return my messages is attempted, the doll will be placed for resale and any previous installments made will be forfeited. PayPal will be notified and provided with documentation of attempted contact. Buyer will be reported and blocked.

Doll will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail in a 20×8×6 box, wrapped in bubble wrap for extra protection, and will be delivered to the address on your Paypal account. *Please make sure it is current prior to making a purchase* If package is undeliverable and is returned to me, it will be re-shipped at customers expense. Full Insurance is provided for package and signature will be required upon delivery. Tracking number will also be provided. Copy of drop off receipt will be provided. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing.
