I bought this doll brand new directly from the artists, Leticia and Elie in April 2023, as I commissioned her to be custom made. She is in like-new condition and is very well taken care of. Ruby has mainly been on display and has never been bathed. I have all of her paperwork that will be sent home with her, along with a nice box opening

Return Policy: I do not accept returns. If you do purchase a doll on layaway and back out before paying off the doll, the deposit is non-refundable.
Layaway Available: For layaway I ask for a deposit of 20% of the total cost, and the remainder paid off within 3 months. If this isn't doable for you please send me a message and we can possibly work something else out.
