Christopher was created from the Realborn Christopher asleep kit from Bountiful Baby. A realborn is a scan of a real baby and produces a very true to life baby reborn baby with all the creases and such. He will come home with a certificate of authenticity. He is 4 pounds 1 ounce and is 18inches long . Layers and layers of Air dry paint was used to create this amazing living skin tone and sealed for protection. Not a crease was over looked. Christophers limbs are filled with glass beads, poly pellets and fresh fiberfill. The body and head are filled with the the same mixture. I have weighted him to be floppy like a real new baby so his head will need to be supported. No sand is used in my babies so they are safe to travel to other countries. His finger nails and toe nails have been given that fresh clipped look and sealed to prevent chipping. His lips have been glossed to give a natural moist look. His veins have been applied to appear under the skin for ultimate realism. I have painted a small scratch on his cheek and the stork bite on back of his head for ultimate realism. He has full arms and full legs which makes him so much fun to put in different kinds of outfits. Christopher has baby powder scented wafers in his body that gives that wonderful fresh scent that all new mommies love. His hair has been rooted with premium mohair from Delta Dawn with a very small needle. I have rooted his hair in a natural swirl pattern. Rooting his hair took many hours to do but the realism it creates is well worth it. His hair can be lightly moistened to comb and style. Do not wet completely as this can damage paint. His eyebrows were hand painted on one lash at a time. The eyelashes are hand rooted with the same mohair to match his hair. All of my pictures were taken in natural daylight and none of my pictures have been altered except for cropping so you can see what baby actually looks like. If this little sweetie has stolen your heart don't let him get away because this sweetie is a one of a kind work of art and there will never be another one exactly like him. Christopher will come home with only the items listed here and any items in pictures not listed here were used as my photo props and not part of his sale. Christopher will come home with his dinosaur long sleeved onesie , grey pants and his grey shoes. He will have his sports sleep and play with the sneaker feet, his grey Nike hat , his white nautical themed one piece outfit and white socks. He will come with his black and grey plaid bear hooded jacket. He will have his magnet modified pacifier, a sea themed blanket, a diaper, certificate of authenticity, a birth certificate and a care instruction sheet. Christopher does have a magnet behind his lips for his modified pacifier so care must be taken around kids, pets, pacemakers and electronics as these are very strong earth magnets. I believe in supporting my local second hand shops so all of his items may not be new but they were all picked out just for him.
