This precious big girl was just born at 22 inches and 8lbs 10oz. Not recommended for young children.
Baby can wear 0-3 months size clothing (her blue romper is size 0-3 months) and 3-6 months (her onesie is size 3-6 months) and some 3-6 months size clothing depending on the brand. She's likely a size 4 or 5 in diapers, however, I opted to use a pull up to cover her big tushie.
