This baby is from the rare and long sold out sculpt Roux by Cassie Brace. Only 600 of this kit were produced worldwide. He was originally painted by Karen's Little Treasures from the UK. I found him a bit too yellow, and have added some neutralizing layers. Everything else is original to Karen's painting. He has very lovely painted hair and realistic newborn skin with lots of detail such as veins, capillaries, blushing, and shading. Roux is weighted like a newborn, and wears newborn size clothing. He will come home with a small box opening including a couple of cute outfits, a magnetic pacifier, care instructions, and a soft blanket. Please don't order from me if you cannot potentially wait 3-4 days for your item to be shipped. This pertains to dolls, not kits, I usually ship kits the same day or next business day. With dolls, I like to pack nice box openings for the new mommy or daddy to unwrap. I select outfits that I think compliment the doll, and carefully wrap them in tissue paper. I print off care instructions to send with them. I chose diapers to go with them in the correct size, and sometimes other accessories. Eveything is neatly packed into the box, surrounding the doll who is wrapped in a soft blanket. Sometimes other packaging material is needed for a nice, snug fit. This box packing process takes me several hours to complete, and I don't necessarily have time on the same day of purchase, or the next day to do this. A little grace with shipping time is truly appreciated, when I see those messages "has she shipped yet" "do you have a tracking number" etc, it gives me anxiety because I know people don't like to wait, but I also know I'm not superwoman and can't do multiple things or be multiple places at once.
