June was created from the Realborn June, 7 months kit by Bountiful Baby. She is an adorable little chunky monkey, about the size of a 7-8 month old baby.
Bountiful Baby used 3D scans of the real baby June to create this very detailed kit.
She was created in a smoke free home.

June was painted with Genesis heat set paint. I strive to create amazing realism with my skin tones and textures. The Genesis paint is perfect for painting in thin layers or glazes, and is permanent when heat set.
I have applied a thin layer of matte varnish to protect the paint. The skin does not feel rough.
**Skin**
She has gentle blushing, texturing, and mottling which is my interpretation of a 7 month old baby's skin tone.
In addition, I paint subtle veins on the head, arms and legs to give ultimate realism to the skin.
Gentle blushing and shading are painted all over each limb and the head to bring out all of the excellent details on the baby.
No crease or roll is overlooked.
This process takes many hours of work, but I do this to achieve the look that I want. It is worth it when I see the realistic results.
**Hair**
June’s hair is a pretty warm medium brown.
I used premium angora mohair on her, and the texture is soft, fine, with soft curl. I love the curls, but it can also be styled straighter if desired.
I painstakingly micro-root using a very fine needle that roots only 1 or 2 hairs at a time.
The natural pattern of hair growth is followed giving the scalp a realistic look.
It takes many hours and days to root the hair, but the results are worth the effort.
I also paint the fine hairs that grow around the scalp with tiny brush strokes to simulate the hair that grows around a baby's face.
June’s hair has been internally sealed, and it can be wet, gently brushed, and styled.
**Face**
Little June has an adorable sleeping face. I have very softly painted her brows with a tiny brush one hair stroke at a time.
The brows are finely detailed, and she has some rooted eyelashes.
Her sweet little mouth has many thin layers of paint applied to get a natural lip color, and they have been given a slight gloss for the look of moisture.
A fine layer of dewy skin varnish has been applied on his face for subtle texture and to protect the paint.
**Body**
She has full arms and legs that have been filled with glass beads and fiberfill. She has a cloth, non-jointed body. Her head, arms, and legs can be turned for posing. Because she is a big baby, she has not been overly weighted.
**Magnet**
A magnet has been secured in her head for her pacifier. Her hair is long enough for baby rubber bands and non-magnetic hair clips.
Caution: magnets can be harmful to people with pacemakers.
**Layette**
June wears size 6-9 months. Size 2 shoes.
She will come home with the outfit and accessories shown in her pictures, a pacifier, plus some extras to make a special box opening for the buyer.
Spring 3 piece dress set, crib shoes, head wrap, hair clip, magnetic pacifier, necklace and bracelet.
**Blankets, toys, and other items are for her photo shoot and are not included in her layette.
