Terms and Conditions: All orders require a non refundable deposit (amount is subject to sculpt)
All reborns are to be inspected and any damage to be reported within 48 hours of delivery only. It is on you to inspect the reborn and report straight away if you collect in person NO RETURNS AFTER.
Return Policy: If you cancel your order before the baby is ready or the courier is booked then a refund will be given minus the non refundable deposit. If you cancel your order once the courier is booked then baby will be sent out to you. You will need to return the baby to us at your own cost, once the baby has been delivered back to us in its original condition then a refund (minus postage and deposit) will be given.
