Flota has been painted using premium Air Dry paints, and sealed with matte varnish. her freshly newborn skin tone has been achieved by using many layers of thin paint in colors that would be found in the skin composition of a real newborn baby. I have given her prisma pencil eyebrows, and directionally rooted her head with high quality custom mohair from Silk Effex in the color Dark Auburn. Her hair can be styled curly or wet and brushed to lay straight. She has veins, mottling,, capillaries, milk spots and baby lanugo! Her nose has been opened and backed with felt for depth. This baby has many tiny details to make her look like a real newborn. Her body has been weighted with soft polyfil, and fine glass beads. Flora is weighted to be floppy and will need support like a young baby would.
