Lil' man Clyde is a wide awake newborn I created from the Realborn Clyde Awake kit. He's just a sweet, small armful of baby love!
I use air dry paints on my babies. Clyde's wavy hair is fashioned to resemble 3D hair, in varying tones of brown. His dramatic, dark brown Eyeco polyglass eyes are framed by soft lashes. Clyde has multiple coats of sealer and matte varnish, and his nails, lips and nostrils are subtly glazed for shine.
His cloth body is stuffed with high quality cottony-feeling fill, with less of it in his chest area for more newborn floppiness. Clyde's head is weighted to bobble forward. His legs are full length and his arms are 3/4 length. I did not stuff the upper cloth 1/4 of his arms, to keep him from being too broad in the shoulders, but I will include two zip ties and extra stuffing if you decide you want to stuff them yourself.
His arms are jointed at the shoulders, which really helps for posing.
Clyde has a minor boo boo which is reflected in his price: one of his fingernails has part of the white tip smudged off. It's a flaw you have to look for, but it's there.
This darling ethnic boy comes in the Carters outfit shown in pics, including hat and socks, plus his Santa sleeper. Clyde has a plush toy rattle, a flannel receiving blanket, a magnetized pacifier, his COA and a birth certificate. Note: in his video, Clyde is described as weighing 3.75 pounds, but this is an error: he weighs 3.25 pounds.
