Billie is FULL BODY SILICONE sculpted, molded and poured by Kathy Romero Biscuiti. She was brought to life using multiple layers of silicone to build undertones then matted using the Just Matte matting powder. Her hair is mono/micro rooted with Delta Dawn mohair. Billie will go home with box opening to include: COA, Birth Certificate, 2 outfits,diapers, pacifier,bottle, blanket, booties or shoes,brush & comb set,and other miscellaneous items.
