Neeley is a newborn sized silicone cuddle baby on a Macpherson cuddle body. She is a very snuggly size and is larger newborn / smaller 0-3 size girly. She has painted hair and brows! This was my first time painting hair on silicone. She has rooted mohair lashes. Takes a full pacifier!
