This is my sculpt made by me. Poured by me in eco flex 10 so is soft! Not marshmallow but very soft! She was painted and rooted by me. Hair is high quality premium mohair n eyes r resin. Can easily be dressed as a boy or girl. Can fit in premiee clothes but from my experience newborn fits best and is a little baggy allowing for easier dressing to not pull hair out of silicone.
