This beautiful little baby girl started out as a sculpt named "Quinlyn" by the reborn artists Bonnie Brown and Adrie Stoete and has been reborn by me into this amazingly lifelike little baby. This baby wears size newborn clothing. She has very lifelike skin tones that were achieved by applying many translucent layers of air dry paints. These paints are permanent and won't rub off over time. She has natural undertones of blue where a newborn's skin would naturally be thinner and a light mottling. She has subtle veining on her face and limbs. Her mouth has been painted and sealed . I applied a final top coat that leaves her skin feeling so soft amd smooth. Carleen is a sleeping baby and she has beautiful wispy hand rooted eyelashes. Her eyebrows have been lightly painted on in a color to match her hair. Her fingers and toe nails have been painted and then sealed with a satin varnish. She has a soft fabric body and soft vinyl full arms and legs. She has been weighted with fine glass beads, soft poly fiberfill and a small bag of BB’s in her body. Her head can be gently turned from side to side and has also been weighted. I have given this baby a magnetic pacifier. Her hair has been finely rooted with baby brown soft premium angora mohair. Her hair is so soft and fine and feels just like a real baby's hair. It has been finely rooted in a natural growth pattern to give it a realistic appearance and has been sealed on the inside with a waterproof glue.
