I hope you will adore this unique Grumpy Care Bear alternative reborn doll. They have been made using the Louise kit, which is an Adrie Stoete & Bonnie Brown colab. They have been painted with ultimate fusion & waterborne air dry paints and have been sealed with a satin varnish. They have an amazing iridescent tone that is truly unique.
I am a traditional fine artist who has been creating unique alternative reborns since 2009. I decided to purchase an 18" care bear, then gutted them completely. I made a hood out of the head, along with mittens and booties. Both have elastic, so they stay on. The bodice of the bear onsie has a zipper to make sliding baby in and out easier. This truly is a one of a kind, that is completely stylized by myself. They have been stuffed with premium polyfill and weighted with poly pellets. They have a premium doe suede body that has been air brushed and signed by me.
I am dropping their price to $700 due to a boo boo I had with the blue paint. I have completely redone the paint, but it will never be as perfect to me. Please see my other available baby bears!!
They have hand painted & rooted eyebrows. I am a master rooter, and their hair has been rooted with the highest quality mohair and sealed from the inside. Their hair can be dampened with water to be styled.
Their eyeslashes have been placed and glued. They have custom resin eyes created by Chronic art dolls.
Their nails, lips, and nose have been glossed. Grumpy bear has a creamy vanilla scent pad inside her, she smells wonderful, you won't want to put her down.
They have their custom magnetic paci created by Sunny Bunny's Boutique. Please take caution around around pacemakers, etc.
They come with her care bear outfit, mittens, booties, paci, and sticker swag. Their COA is also included. They also come with an onsie with my logo on it, diaper, & birth certificate.
They come from a smoke-free, pet friendly home. However, our pets do not go in my studio.
