All payments are via Paypal goods and services only which is a relatively safe way to conduct business for both buyers and sellers.
If you choose a layaway, I will request the email associated with your PayPal account in order to prepare and send your Paypal invoice for your first and future payments. First installment is expected immediately after invoices sent. Doll is then placed on reserve after first installment is paid. Shipments are sent to verified addresses given on the PayPal transaction page. Please be sure it is correct and current prior to purchasing.

Customers purchasing with a PO box or an unverified PayPal address will have their order canceled and refunded.
PayPal transfer fees for canceled and refunded payments will be paid by the customer.
Shipments occur within one to three business days after final payment via USPS Priority Mail with sufficient insurance to cover the doll's value, tracking and signature requirement.
During this processing time, I verify the buyer by checking their previous orders and reviews here on reborns.com as well as on other scammer groups. This is solely for my protection. Buyer's agreement terms and conditions! Please be sure to read this agreement in its entirety! When you make a payment on an invoice, you are entering a sales contract. Questions and careful review of all information, photos and videos provided is highly recommended prior to making a purchase. All payments installments are non-refundable and non-transferable. I am not responsible for buyers remorse, unforeseen Financial issues nor hardship encountered on the buyer's end. Once a doll is delivered to the post office and a tracking number and copy of the drop off receipt is provided, the transaction is considered complete. I am not responsible for shipping issues nor delays caused by the Postal Service. This is out of my control. All dolls are shipped with sufficient insurance to cover it's value in the event the package is lost in transit. If a shipping issue arises I, Elena Vasquez of Elena's little angels am not liable or responsible for lost, damage doing transit, or stolen items. It is the responsibility of you, the buyer, to fill a claim with the USPS in the event of a lost, damage, or stolen item. It is highly recommended that you be present to sign for your package on the day of delivery. If a doll is shipped back to me due to incorrect mailing address on your PayPal, reshipment of the doll will be at the buyer's expense. I am not responsible for mailing addresses that are not up to date on PayPal. This is solely the buyer's responsibility. Make sure your PayPal address is correct prior to purchase. A box packing video is prepared for all dolls ready for shipment to provide proof of their condition upon leaving my studio and to prevent claims that the doll was not safely packaged. Altering a doll in any way from its original condition negates any claim. Any damage cost to a doll, in an attempt to secure a refund, is considered a fraudulent act that will be reported to https// www.usa.gov//stop scams frauds. These collectibles dolls are hand-painted works of art and some minor imperfections may be present within the vinyl or silicone that occurs during the manufacturing sculpting process and or painting process. This is to be expected. Although, I work in a pet free and smoke free environment, particles or small mohairs can, at times, get baked into the paint layers. This is considered normal in the reborn process. All dolls are sold as is. Any damage wear and tear to a collectible art doll purchase from me Elena Vasquez of Elena's little angels once it is in the buyer's procession is solely the responsibility of the buyer. I do not repair scuffs damages wear and tear caused by mishandling of the vinyl or silicone doll wants adult is in the buyer's possession. Collectible art dolls are not recommended for small children. Small children do not understand the care necessary to maintain a painted vinyl or silicone collectible or doll. Collectible art dolls created and sold by Elena Vasquez of Elena's little angels are not under warranty. There fore, it is highly recommended that you, the buyer, educate yourself on proper care, storage, cleaning, and handling of reborn dolls. Keep Out Of Reach of small children. Keep away from the mentally impaired, keep away from those with pacemaker, keep away from pets. Note on mohair mohair is died by the companies that sell it which can stain the doll vinyl when hair is wet, especially dark colored mohair. Although mohair is sealed inside the head with glue, rough brushing, pulling, wearing hats in head covering for extended time, excessive styling, and or improper storage of rooted dolls will cause damage. Use care when styling mohair. I am not liable for issues that may occur with bleeding colors of mohair onto vinyl normal hair breakage or loss once in transit and or while in the customer's possession.
