Skin tones: many layers of Genesis heat set paints have been individually painted and heat set to build up a heavily mottled skin tone. A special combination of varnish completes the painting with a texturized look and feel. The finish is matte.
Hair: The head is rooted with quality mohair in a chestnut red hue. Lashes are rooted. The brows are painted in two colors with applied lanugo on top as well as a few rooted strands.
Weighting: glass spheres for weight and topped with luxury fiber fill.
Length: approximately 19.5” Weight: 7lb 15oz Newborn and some 0-3 month sized clothing fits.
Nails: manicured, glossed and completed with barley there tips
Glossing: lips, nail beds, nostrils and corner of eyes
Realborn Owen has opened felt backed nostrils and ear canals for even more realism. A baby scratch on the face is also preset. Lanugo fibers have been applied to the cheek, ears, upper lip area and brow bones. Painted lanugo is also present on the sides of the face, ears and forehead.
