This little baby girl is NOEL. She is a cuddle baby with hands and feet. Molded and poured in eco flex 20 by me. She has rooted hair and lashes, and has been sealed and matted. She is not perfect , but could still make a cuddly baby, she is very poseable and takes a full pacifier, she will come home with a few items her pacifier and blanket.
