Coltan Blue has been painted to represent a newborn with mild blemishes resembling a stork bite. Coltan Blu as been modified with a magnet to take a magnetic pacifier (included), has a cloth body and has a vinyl belly plate, and full vinyl arms and legs that are perfect for the most amazing little cuddles.
