Kelly was painted with many layers of Genesis heat-set paints and sealed with a matt varnish to protect her paint for years to come! She has light reddish brown painted hair, applied lashes and painted brows.
Kelly is shown dressed in cute footed sleeper and headband. She has magnets inside her head on either side for hairbows and a magnet behind her lips for her magnetic pacifier. She is also wearing white scratch mittens. She will come home with an additional outfit, a blanket, her magnetic pacifier, Lotty B's birth certificate, and a snuggly to keep her company on her trip home.
